About Me
Erica Ironside, PhD
I earned my Doctor of Psychology (PhD) degree from Pacific University in 2019. I completed my pre-doctoral internship with the Southeastern Idaho Internship Consortium and my post-doctoral residency with Kaiser Permanent in Northern California. During my graduate training I worked at the Kaiser Permanence Center for Health Research as an interventionist on health and mental health related studies.
I believe that each individual has a unique journey that deserves compassion, empathy, non-judgment, and caring exploration. I work collaboratively with my patients to process past experiences and relationships to help work through these and uncover new ways of healing and navigating the world around them.
I work with adults conducting individual therapy as well as couples therapy. In addition, I conduct psychological evaluations to assess for ADHD and diagnostic clarification.

“There are far too many silent sufferers. Not because they don't yearn to reach out, but because they've tried and found no one who cares.”
