Here is some information about the process of starting treatment:

I will reach out to you via email and/or phone to discuss next steps within two business days.
I offer 15 minute phone consultations that we can schedule when I reach out to you, if that is preferrable.
If you decide to start treatment, I will verify benefits with your insurance (you will need to provide digital copy of your insurance card).
We will schedule your initial intake appointment.
An account will be created for you in the secure client portal and you will receive a link to the email you have provided.
You will be sent all initial paperwork to be completed via the secure client portal. This needs to be completed prior to your intake evaluation.
